"Sally's pilates classes have enabled me to reshape my body! For the past few years I have gone to her classes once a week & the result has been just brilliant! My shape has totally changed, my legs have real shape - no saddle bags - her classes even get to that tricky lower tummy area - key for me having had to have a c-section. Instead of my top and bottom having 2 sizes difference they are almost the same now. I also have scoliosis so have to be very careful about the type of excercise I do. I need to make sure that I maintain my core strength in order to support my back & Sally's classes have ensured that my back hasn't caused me many problems at all over the past 8 years
